Shipping Information

Order processing usually takes about 1-2 business days. Some items might require longer processing time. Before and during holidays processing time increases and might take 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are given higher priority.

Sports Hooray uses mainly U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Not all methods are available for all items. UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighting more than 1 pound, but less than 150 pounds. Orders with total weight of less than one pound usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

In addition to standard ground service, we offer expedited shipping option. Expedited orders are shipped via 3 day or 2nd day shipping service. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping. In some cases, we may ship expedited order via ground service, if the delivery time of the order will not take longer than if the order was shipped via 3 day or 2nd day shipping service.

Out of Stock Items

If the item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and let you know estimated time in stock. If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel your order at that time.

We accept the following Credit Cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal (please see PayPal policies for accepted methods of payments).

Taxes

We collect Connecticut sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Connecticut. We calculate sales taxes based on the applicable state laws. During the checkout process, you'll see any imposed sales tax added to your total order.
